  • Lead, mentor and supervise team of 8-10 sales callers to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Provide training and support to sales staff.
  • Monitor team performance, analyze key metrics and publish regular performance reports
  • Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences.
  • Give regular feedback to team to improve product knowledge, sales techniques and customer handling skills
  • Motivate and encourage team members to maintain high energy levels and focus on achieving targets
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Handle escalations and assist team members in resolving customer objections effectively
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance team productivity
  • Creation of SOPs and checklists. They do it to distribute the tasks to team members for better management. Additionally, they make sure that the tasks are finished within the time.

Requirements
- Must be having 10+ years of experience into the sales domain
- Must be from Delhi ncr only
- Have handled a team earlier
- Must have prior IT Sales experience (B2B preferred).
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
- A fearless attitude ready to take risks and close challenging deals.
