The hiring company is a SEBI Registered Category-I Merchant Banking Firm engaged in Business and Investment Advisory Services, Credit Appraisal, Project Financing, Equity Research, Valuation and Financial Due Diligence. The Company focuses on Debt Syndication and Structured Finance, Debt Restructuring and Resolution Services. The group has diversified into NBFC, Cat I AIF. The Company has its presence in Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi and Bangalore.

Role Overview:
We seek a motivated professional to join our
business development
team, generate new opportunities & contribute to our growth and success in the market.

Location -

Bandra Kurla Complex

Experience:
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in business development, and technically sound

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct direct cold calling across sectors to generate leads and explore business opportunities.

  2. Schedule appointments and meet with potential clients to explain our business proposal and offerings

  3. Should be able to work independently to generate his leads and bring them to a closure stage for the company

  4. Must have a good understanding of the financial statements

  5. Relationship management and liaise with the clients from the operations perspective

  6. Support the operations team in structuring the transaction and closure

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com.), BMS, BAF, BBI

● MBA/PGD Finance or Marketing, or CA qualifications.

Skills Required:

● Excellent communication and presentation skills.

● Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

● Proven track record in generating leads and closing deals.

● Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

● Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

● Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
