We are looking for a motivated and professional Telecaller to join our dynamic sales and customer service team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • · Make outbound calls to prospects (landowners, investors) for the JV project and handle inbound enquiries.
  • · Present project details: location, approvals, investment/partnership model and timelines.
  • · Explain the value of the company, mention our achievements and describe the types of projects we have completed to the client
  • · Qualify leads based on budget, land/asset availability, timeline and partner expectations.
  • · Schedule meetings or site-visits with qualified leads and coordinate with sales and business development teams.
  • · Maintain and update the CRM database with lead status, follow-up actions and client information.
  • · Follow up regularly to convert leads into sales/partnership opportunities and achieve weekly/monthly call & sales targets.
  • · Provide market feedback (land trends, competition, approval changes) to the internal team.
  • · Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, builders and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or Customer Support Executive (preferably in the construction/building sector).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand technical or product-related details related to construction materials.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software and Excel).
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Education:

  • Minimum: Graduate and Diploma
  • Preferred: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or Civil/Construction-related fields

Salary:

  • · ₹20,000 /- to ₹25,000/- per month + Incentives based on performance
  • · ₹2,40,000/- to ₹3,00,000/- per annum
