**The responsibilities of a telecaller include**:

- Knowing all the details of the Company, Senior living segment, Sale offering, corresponding agreements, price, and service offerings.
- Work on the leads meticulously, and all the leads of the day (office hours) have to be completed by touching
- Fix Site visits as per the target set by the organization.
- Provide feedback about the lead's quality on a daily basis with DSR
- Also responsible for post-sales, stage-wise construction has to be communicated to the customers and invoices has to be raised on time and ensure 100% collection.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the organization.
- Staying updated with market trends to better serve customers.
- Identifying customer needs and providing solutions through the company’s products and services.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with prospects.
- Keeping a record of every customer interaction and sales activity.
- Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
