Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced BASE24 EPS Implementation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient implementation and maintenance of BASE24 EPS (Electronic Payment System) solutions. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful integration of BASE24 EPS within our organization.
Responsibilities:
Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation of BASE24 EPS, including system configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to BASE24 EPS implementation, ensuring optimal system performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and support teams to integrate BASE24 EPS seamlessly into the organization's infrastructure.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for BASE24 EPS implementation processes and configurations.
Testing: Conduct thorough testing of BASE24 EPS configurations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and adherence to industry standards.
Upgrades and Patches: Stay informed about updates, upgrades, and patches for BASE24 EPS, and implement them as needed to enhance system functionality and security.
Training: Provide training and support to internal teams on the usage and maintenance of BASE24 EPS.
Security Compliance: Ensure that BASE24 EPS implementations comply with security standards and regulatory requirements.
