We are looking for Second-line Manager - Enterprise Platform Infrastructure & Operations for this strategic leadership role who is responsible for overseeing the IT Enterprise Platform, Infrastructure, and Operations. The scope includes management of the organization's cloud platform on Azure, Microsoft 365 (M365), Power Platform, Network Architecture, and overall IT operations. The individual will directly manage first-line managers and their respective teams, ensuring operational excellence, technical reliability, and alignment with global strategic objectives.

This is how you'll make an impact:

Provide Organizational Leadership

• Lead and manage multiple first-line managers across IT platform, infrastructure, and operations domains.
• Build and nurture a high-performing, collaborative, and inclusive team culture.
• Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, career development, and succession planning for the India teams.

Provide Technical Oversight

• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud infrastructure on Azure.
• Manage enterprise platforms including M365 and Power Platform to support business productivity and collaboration.
• Ensure robust network architecture and reliable IT operations across the organization.
• Promote adoption of modern IT practices including automation, monitoring, and incident response.

Drive Strategic Execution

• Collaborate with the US-based leadership to understand and implement strategic vision.
• Translate global strategy into actionable plans for the local teams.
• Provide regular reporting and insights on team performance, delivery milestones, and innovation outcomes.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

• Partner with global and regional stakeholders across IT, business units, and product teams to ensure alignment and integration.
• Represent the Kolkata teams in global forums, contributing to strategic planning and enterprise-wide initiatives.

Ensure Governance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to internal policies, data privacy regulations, and compliance frameworks.
• Champion responsible for IT practices and operational stewardship across all initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 15+ Years of overall experience including at least 3 years of experience as manager driving technical deliveries and people management
• Broad proficiency in Enterprise Platform, Infrastructure and Operation Management
• Proven ability to work in matrixed, global delivery environments
• Demonstrated success in leading and managing technical delivery teams
• Effective communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strategic and conceptual thinker
• High personal integrity, prioritizing the needs of customers and employees
• A record of accomplishment of influencing change and driving success
• Adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments
