Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and proactive professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with weavers and the production team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with weavers, artisans, and internal teams to ensure timely production and quality standards.
  • Assist in product development, design coordination, and sampling.
  • Maintain production schedules and track progress.
  • Handle vendor communication and follow-up for raw materials and production updates.
  • Support the design team in creating and modifying design concepts.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Software Knowledge: Basic understanding of design or production-related software
  • Design & Color Sense: Basic knowledge of fabric design, color combinations, and texture coordination.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Confidence: Should be self-motivated, confident, and capable of handling on-ground discussions with weavers and vendors.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in the Textile or Carpet Industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
