Telemarketer

Answer incoming calls and what’s up from prospective customers.
- Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits.
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
- Maintain detailed records of outgoing and ingoing calls as well as follow up information and outcomes
- Ask relevant leading questions to understand the customer's needs and recommend the best product for their purposes
- Co-ordination with third party agencies like (content writer, website agency etc.)
- Expert in MS-Excel, MS word & Internet.
Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues
