Role Overview

We're looking for a Content Creator & Brand Manager
who lives and breathes social media, content, and brand building. This role demands creativity, strategy, and execution—right from ideation to bringing content alive through shoots, reels, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage multiple brand accounts with fresh content ideas and strategies.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit
    Instagram Reels
    and video-first content (must be hands-on with camera/phone shoots and editing tools).
  • Build monthly content calendars and moodboards aligned to brand goals.
  • Write engaging captions, copy, and brand communication.
  • Oversee brand presence across platforms—Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (and others when required).
  • Track content performance and bring in new ideas to improve reach & engagement.
  • Coordinate with designers, editors, and clients to deliver content on time.
  • Ensure the brand tone, design, and communication stay consistent across platforms.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience
    in content creation, social media, or brand management.
  • Strong experience with
    shooting & editing reels
    (phone + basic editing tools is a must; advanced editing is a bonus).
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creative eye for visuals, trends, and storytelling.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple brands.
  • Based in
    Bangalore
    and open to flexible hours (occasional weekends).
  • Must love coffee & ice cream (non-negotiable ).
