Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Creator - YouTube (Camera Facing Role) at , located in Bengaluru. The Content Creator will develop and present engaging video content for NoBroker's YouTube channel, conduct thorough research on relevant topics, collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, and ensure high-quality production standards.

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive YouTube content strategy aligned with NoBroker's marketing goals, brand voice, and business objectives.
  2. Stay updated on YouTube algorithm changes, platform features, and emerging content formats.
  3. Lead the ideation, research, storyboarding, and scriptwriting for a diverse range of video content
  4. Collaborate with the social media & production team to develop cross-promotional strategies for YouTube content across other platforms.
  5. Manage content calendars, timelines, and resources effectively.
  6. Prepare regular reports on channel performance, growth metrics, and ROI, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Experience and Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in content creation (On Camera) and YouTube channel management for a
    brand

, with a demonstrated history of scaling subscribers, views, and engagement metrics significantly.
2. A strong portfolio showcasing successful YouTube channels or video campaigns you have directly contributed to growing is mandatory.
3. Exceptional storytelling and scriptwriting abilities, with a knack for creating compelling narratives.
4. Self-motivated, proactive, and curious about emerging trends and technologies in online video.
5. Professional presence on camera & ability to improvise in a live on-camera setting.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
7. The candidate is expected to have advanced proficiency in both verbal & written English. Fluency in Hindi speaking & articulation.
8. Active social media presence & knowledge is a plus.
