Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Real Estate Sales Executive. The role involves identifying and reaching out to potential clients, presenting property options tailored to their needs, and building strong relationships to close deals effectively. The Sales Executive is responsible for conducting market research, generating leads, coordinating property site visits, negotiating with potential buyers and sellers, and maintaining excellent records of all client interactions. Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and offering post-sales support are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in real estate sales, client relationship management, and customer engagement
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and generate leads effectively
  • Experience in negotiation, property listing presentations, and communicating with clients
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and record-keeping skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using technology for real estate sales, including CRM tools and property listing platforms
  • Knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market and property laws is a plus
  • Relevant experience in sales, real estate, or customer relationship roles
