Build & Lead Finance & Accounting Staffing Business | Leadership Role @ Orcapod

Orcapod Consulting Services is hiring a Business Manager – Finance & Accounting Unit to set up, scale, and lead our Finance & Accounting Staffing Practice for both Indian and international clients.
This is not just another role—it's a chance to create and lead a business within Orcapod.
What You'll Do
- Build & lead the Finance & Accounting staffing vertical from the ground up.
- Manage and expand client relationships (domestic & global) with strong cross-selling opportunities.
- Drive client acquisition and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
- Take full P&L ownership and lead business growth strategy.
- Build a network of consultants and delivery teams across finance, accounting & compliance.
- Deliver excellence in revenue, profitability, client & employee satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in running/managing staffing businesses in Finance, Accounting, or Compliance.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take risks.
- Experience with Indian & international clients is a strong plus.
