Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with
    existing and prospective clients
    over phone calls to introduce our financial products and services.
  • Schedule appointments and follow-ups for our Promoters and Wealth Advisors.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Handle inbound queries from clients with professionalism and product knowledge.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as
    client engagement campaigns, event invitations, and WhatsApp/Email outreach.
  • Assist in lead generation and database management.

Requirements:

  • Excellent
    communication skills
    in English and Hindi.
  • Pleasant personality and confident on calls.
  • Basic understanding of finance or willingness to learn about financial products (Mutual Funds specifically)
  • Prior experience in
    telecalling / client servicing / inside sales
    preferred but not mandatory.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, and communication platforms.
