We are looking for an experienced and motivated Salesforce DevOps Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust DevOps practices on the Salesforce platform, ensuring smooth and secure deployments, and managing the end-to-end development lifecycle. You will work closely with Salesforce developers, admins, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and optimize the Salesforce deployment process, ensuring smooth and timely promotion of code and metadata across development, QA, staging, and production environments.

  • Utilize CI/CD tools like Git, Sourcetree, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Bamboo, or Ant to automate deployments and improve development workflows.

  • Implement and manage Salesforce Sandbox environments, including provisioning, refreshes, and data management.

  • Oversee and improve release management, tracking changes from development through testing to deployment.

  • Maintain and ensure the integrity of Salesforce environments, managing updates, patches, and changes seamlessly.

  • Monitor system performance and resolve Salesforce platform-related issues, ensuring high availability and performance.

  • Work with development and QA teams to create and manage version-controlled build pipelines.

  • Maintain partner and customer master data, ensuring consistent and accurate data across systems.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and business process optimization.

  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce system limits and best practices while building scalable solutions.

  • Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and DevOps trends to continuously improve system performance and team practices.

  • Ensure backup and disaster recovery processes are in place using available Salesforce or third-party tools.

  • Provide technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and support training initiatives across teams.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • Certified (Administrator, Platform Developer, or DevOps-related certifications preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce security frameworks, including profiles, permission sets, OWD, role hierarchy, and sharing rules.

  • Experience in workflow automation tools like Process Builder, Lightning Flow, Approval Processes, and creating Reports and Dashboards.

  • Hands-on understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript.

  • Solid experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Bamboo).

  • Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools such as Ant, Copado, Gearset, or other DevOps platforms.

  • Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Shell scripting is highly preferred.

  • Experience in environment management, sandbox strategy, and release governance.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce backup and recovery tools and practices.

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with continuous integration and delivery.

  • Proven experience in business process optimization and system scalability planning.
