Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: Pune/Bangalore, India

What you will do?

The Salesforce Developer oversees the daily support and administration of our Salesforce CRM and PRM activities. You will lead and coordinate with Technical Lead, DevOps team and delivery of solutions within an agile DevOps environment. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and technical architects, to ensure delivery meets business needs and adheres to best practices.

How you will do it?

  • Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce*, (based on specific requirements) to extend Salesforce to support business requirements,
  • Custom User Interface development, including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components and Lightning Web Components
  • Integrations: Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with external systems used in the organization,
  • Best Practices: Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development,
  • Take ownership of release cycles and coordinate with Release Manager to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code.
  • Collaborating with IT / Developers for other systems to integrate across the business,
  • Supporting the Salesforce Administrator.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage system and infrastructure changes.
  • Experience with web and mobile systems integrated with various platform such as ERP, SFDC (with and without middleware) and more.

Requirements:

  • 5+ year's experience in Salesforce administration.
  • Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder / Platform Developer 1 Certification are required.

  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices including use of JIRA or similar

  • Experience with Jira or similar tool for ticket handling and reporting.

  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with business stakeholders globally.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Leadership experience, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent English (must)
