This role is for someone who believes in that vision and wants to help us
build partnerships with MNCs, startups, and HR leaders
who share the same belief.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with Nova's founding team to identify and build partnerships with organizations that care about employee well-being and emotional health.
• Reach out to HR, PeopleOps, and wellness teams at MNCs and startups to introduce Nova as a
  wellness benefit
  for their employees.
• Help design partnership models, presentations, and communication decks that tell Nova's story in a compelling way.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in emotional wellness and HR tech.
• Assist in managing partner relationships — tracking conversations, follow-ups, and partnership outcomes.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to align on customized experiences for enterprise clients.
• Represent Nova with empathy and authenticity — every conversation should make people

  what we stand for.

What We're Looking For

• Must be
  based in Hyderabad
  and
  available to join immediately
  .
• A people person — someone who enjoys building trust, communicating ideas clearly, and forming genuine relationships.
• Interest in
  emotional wellness, HR tech, and startup ecosystems
  .
• Strong verbal and written communication skills — articulate, thoughtful, and human.
• A self-starter who can think creatively about how to reach out, connect, and build value for both sides.
• Bonus: experience in campus clubs, sales, partnerships, or business development.
