Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Ads Executive with proven expertise in

managing and scaling marketplace advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid ad strategies across top e-

commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Meesho, Myntra, etc.) to maximize

visibility, drive conversions, and achieve strong return on ad spend (ROAS).

This role requires both strategic insight and hands-on execution in running diverse ad

formats across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across multiple ad formats:
  • Amazon: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display
  • Flipkart: PLA, PCA
  • Quick Commerce & Marketplaces: Blinkit Ads, Zepto Ads, Meesho Ads, Myntra Ads
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make adjustments to
  • improve CTR, CPC, ACOS, ROAS, and TACOS.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings to support campaign
  • performance.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • for scaling campaigns.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, bidding strategies, and advertising best practices.

Manage and optimize budgets across multiple categories to maximize ROI.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketplace advertising.
  • Hands-on expertise in:
  • Amazon Ads Console (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
  • Flipkart Ads Manager (PLA, PCA)
  • Quick Commerce Ads (Blinkit, Zepto)
  • Other Marketplaces (Meesho Ads, Myntra Ads)
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics: CTR, CPC, ACOS, ROAS, TACOS.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize
  • accordingly.
  • Experience in managing multi-platform, multi-category campaigns simultaneously.
