Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Analyst located in Tiruvallur. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for conducting quality assurance and quality control tasks to ensure product and process excellence. The role involves analyzing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, maintaining quality management standards, and collaborating with teams to solve issues. Effective communication and adherence to quality systems will be essential parts of the role. The candidate will work closely with various functional departments to meet the company's high standards of precision and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and ability to evaluate data effectively
• Experience in Quality Control procedures and standards
• Strong skills in Quality Assurance and knowledge of quality improvement methods
• Understanding of Quality Management principles and maintaining compliance
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for cross-functional collaboration
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Experience in process automation or technology-driven industries is a plus.
