1 Title - Purchasing Analyst

2 Job Purpose - Perform advanced analytical tasks, often of a confidential nature in support of the BCP Purchasing category management. Manages suppliers by developing improvement plans and support buyers & professionals related to Response Time, Lean Targets Quality, Cost, Logistics, Development, and Management (QCLDM) to enable optimal and efficient operations (Onrole of Randstad India Pvt Ltd)

3 Job Description - Responsible and accountable for the analysis and maintenance of assigned process that product output excellence building expertise for the assign process area, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

- Includes the analysis and maintenance of procurement and logistics data including but not limited to: purchase orders, quotations, invoices, source catalogs, material rejection reports, tooling records, supplier data/measurement, inventory mgmt, engineered value chains.

- Perform analytical and administrative tasks in support of BCP Purchasing strategic initiatives

- Limited travel may be required to support category, product, facilities, supply excellence or logistics management

4 Experience - Familiar with procurement and quality principles, procedures, and techniques with 3-5 yrs of Exp.

Experience in fabrication category of parts is preferred

5 Qualification - B.E. (Mech)/ B.E. (Prod)

6 Gender - MALE / FEMALE

7 Other requirements if any - CBS/SAP Knowledge, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Tax and Duties, GR/IR
