About the Role

We're hiring a Web3 marketing Manager who can set the strategic tone across all our digital channels while leading the community and content team.

This is a lead role — product owners will take feedback from you and assign responsibilities accordingly.

We're looking for someone who lives in the crypto conversation, understands both on-chain data and off-chain narratives, and can position our brand in the middle of the biggest Web3 discussions — whether that's modular blockchains, restaking layers, LRTs, ZK tech, DePIN, AI x blockchain integrations, or Solana performance milestones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Direction

Lead the social media & community function, defining the overall communication strategy. Coordinate with product owners to ensure priorities and campaigns align with market opportunities.

  • Narrative-Driven Content Strategy

Develop a content calendar that aligns with current market narratives — e.g., modular rollups vs monolithic chains, restaking ecosystems like EigenLayer & Karak, Solana compression upgrades, ZK-powered privacy solutions, or intent-based architectures like Anoma.

  • Community Positioning

Ensure our brand's voice is present in core ecosystem conversations — whether that's L2 scaling debates, Solana validator performance discussions, Cosmos IBC upgrades, or new MEV mitigation techniques.

  • Real-Time Market Reactivity

Spot high-attention moments on CT (Crypto Twitter) and drop strategic posts while the trend is peaking — e.g., after a major Ethereum upgrade, during airdrop farming hype (like Blast or LayerZero), or when a new protocol triggers massive on-chain activity.

  • Ecosystem & Influencer Alignment

Collaborate with relevant KOLs, builders, and ecosystem partners to amplify messages in the right circles — from modular infra dev groups to restaking research spaces.

  • Analytics & Optimization

Track engagement, reach, sentiment, and even on-chain wallet activity linked to campaigns using tools like Dune, Nansen, Flipside, and Notion dashboards. Use this data to refine strategy in real time.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years in Web3 marketing, with at least 1 year in a strategic leadership role.
  • Proven experience growing communities around current-generation crypto sectors — e.g., L2s, modular infra, Solana, Cosmos, ZK rollups, restaking, LRTs, DePIN.
  • Strong grasp of both retail-friendly messaging and technically precise communications.
  • Familiar with Web3-native growth tools like Kaito, Zealy, Galxe, Layer3, and analytics platforms like Dune, Nansen, Arkham.
  • Capable of leading a distributed team while maintaining output quality and strategic focus.

  • Past work in multi-chain ecosystems (Ethereum, Solana, Cosmos, Bitcoin L2s).
  • Experience integrating AI-generated content workflows into Web3 campaigns.
  • Ability to run multi-region social campaigns targeting SEA, MENA, and LATAM communities.
  • Comfort working closely with dev teams to translate release notes into high-engagement posts.
