Director-Global Campaign Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced leader to lead Cognizant's Global Campaign Management Operations function. This includes design and delivery of multi-channel campaigns in support of Cognizant marketing across the globe – leveraging marketing technology tools and processes. You will be responsible for managing the people, processes, and tools delivering marketing campaigns and events. You will collaborate with senior leaders across the organization to align understanding of campaign processes with marketing objectives. This is an internal role and does not consult for Cognizant clients.
Primary Responsibilities
Global Campaign Management Operations Lead (India)
- Manage a team of Campaign Operations subject matter experts ('SME's') responsible for design, delivery and optimization of data-driven campaigns on behalf of Cognizant's field marketing teams and corporate marketing functions.
- Manage campaign processes including the intake, distribution, and execution of campaign requests across channels and business unit regions.
- Manage and monitor lead management from field marketing through sales hand-offs, including lead performance reporting.
- Implement effective contact nurture capabilities to enhance campaign performance.
- Monitor resource utilization and maintain detailed campaign performance reporting and present regularly to marketing stakeholders and leadership.
- Work closely with internal marketing clients on campaign strategies that best utilize the technologies available to them.
- Monitor key performance indicators, such as engagement rates, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and ROI, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement to core marketing and sales teams globally.
- Maintain an expert-level understanding of Demand Generation tactics and account-based marketing strategies and provide recommendations for improvement.
Campaign Automation
- Own the use of campaign delivery platforms within Cognizant's Marketing technology stack, relevant policies and security provisions.
- Partner with MarTech leadership and IT to develop and manage a best-in-class campaign operations technologies roadmap and strategy including AI development.
- Drive campaign technology adoption across stakeholders through training, presentations, and tools and resources.
- Maintain an expert-level understanding of the Marketing Technology landscape including identifying new technologies and trends in the industry.
Skills And Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, computer science, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- 15+ years of hands-on experience in marketing technology, digital marketing, marketing operations, demand generation, etc. B2B experience is preferred.
- 10+ years building and leading marketing technology teams and projects.
- Deep expertise across numerous types of marketing technology platforms, including Marketing Automation, CRM, Analytics, Events, Webinars, CDP, etc.
- Specific product knowledge across the following platforms is preferred: Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Sales Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Cvent, AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and Workfront.
- Strong knowledge of marketing data and analytics, including data governance, data quality, data integration, data visualization, and data-driven decision making.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data and insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Ability to instigate a continuous improvement and shared accountability culture - collaborate and influence teams to address operational risk, resolve escalations, and manage internal clients expectations.
