We are seeking a seasoned and proactive leader to lead and develop our AdTech Delivery team. This role is pivotal in driving seamless campaign execution in close collaboration with US-based partners, ensuring high standards of quality, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment across global teams. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in digital media operations, a passion for excellence, a client-focused approach, partner management, and strong leadership capabilities to mentor, hire, and develop a strong team.

What You Will Enjoy in This Role:

  • Facilitating smooth transitions of responsibilities, identifying skill gaps, and designing targeted training and development programs.
  • Mentoring team members and playing an active role in hiring, talent development, and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Contributing to campaign strategy, quality assurance, and effective partner communication to deliver impactful results.
  • You will be driving process improvements and automation initiatives. Your efforts in optimizing internal processes and ensuring operational efficiency will result in streamlined campaign execution and increased scalability.
  • Ultimately, your contributions will not only drive client satisfaction and retention but also reinforce Epsilon's reputation as a leader in personalized media solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day campaign operations across multiple clients and platforms, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of digital and retail media campaigns.
  • Act as the primary liaison between India and US teams, driving smooth coordination, clear communication, and strategic alignment across geographies.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10-12 campaign associates, setting performance expectations, conducting reviews, and fostering professional growth.
  • Plan and manage team bandwidth by balancing workloads, assigning tasks, and onboarding new projects to maintain efficiency, scalability, and high utilization.
  • Ensure campaign quality and deliverability through rigorous quality assurance processes, governance practices, and adherence to client strategy and brand standards.
  • Drive training and capability building, facilitating upskilling programs, task transitions, and knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure team readiness.
  • Maintain and evolve process documentation and SOPs, embedding standard methodologies and ensuring consistency across campaign workflows.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process enhancements, including automation opportunities and operational efficiencies, to improve turnaround time and reduce error rates.
  • Provide strategic input on campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and troubleshooting, while proactively engaging with stakeholders to manage expectations.
  • Represent the India delivery team in leadership forums, sharing insights, risks, and recommendations to influence global campaign operations strategy.

Qualifications

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • 12+ years of experience in digital media operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in campaign management, ad operations, or trafficking, with hands-on experience in retail media platforms and execution tools (e.g., Citrus, DV360).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams of 10+ members, including mentoring, hiring, and performance development.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and customer engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, with experience working across global teams and time zones.
  • Highly analytical and organized, with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on operational excellence.
  • Familiarity with process documentation, SOPs, and driving automation or process improvements.
