Job Description Australian Accounting and Tax Work:
ï'· Superannuation Fund Accounting and Tax Work for Australian clients ï'· Preparation of Monthly / Quarterly / Half Yearly Accounts ï'· Finalization of Periodical Accounts as per Clients' Needs ï'· Preparation of Tax Returns of Entities and Individuals ï'· Review Financial Statements as per Requirements ï'· Audit Support services and related work papers preparation ï'· Preparation of BAS (Business Activity) Returns (on lines of GST) for Australian clients ï'· Revenue / Spend Analysis, Pay -Roll Preparation etc. Skill set Requirements: ï'· Good understanding of accounting and tax concepts ï'· Hands on Usage skills of Microsoft Excel and word. ï'· Willing to make career in Australian and Tax Field ï'· Good at English communication and conversation skills Initial Domain Skill Awareness Assurance: ï'· Structured Training with incrementally increasing awareness assurance through self-learning model with guidance of senior team members before switching over to live work platform.
On the Job Expectations:
ï'· Capability to collaborate with the team head and designated clients on their daily functions. ï'· Tact to Train new resources inducted in team when required ï'· Knowledge / Usage Experience of Australian Domain related Software would be an added advantage  Role: Accountant / Accounts Executive  Industry Type :Accounting / Auditing  Department: Finance & Accounting  Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent  Role Category: Accounting & Taxation  Education: CS in Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization, ICWA (CMA) in Any Specialization, ACCA, CA in Any Specialization, M.Com in Any Specialization. Note: if a candidate is just PG pass out and fresher than the vacancy for freshers are filled. If any candidate is holding professional degree then we can consider the fresher in this case only.
1. Not to consider only B candidates. 2. Not to consider any CA pursuing candidates, either the CA dropouts one or those who have completed the CA can be considered. 3. If any candidate is pursuing M or MBA or CMA or ACCA then we can consider their profiles. 4. MBA candidates from finance background only, if they have any accounting experience then priority is to be given to them.  We are hiring freshers and experienced candidates both.  Salary range – Gross salary Rs to 35000 per month  For CA candidates depending upon their experience, we have different budget scale minimum starting scale is Rs per month for the fresher CA  Retention /security policy - We have retention policy which vary as per education and salary range, so I will explain directly to the candidates.
