Pairee Digital is looking for a technically skilled  
IT
Infrastructure / Operations Engineer
 to support critical operational tasks with a focus on 
security patching, vulnerability management, and remediation
. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, reliable, and able to collaborate across multiple technical teams independently

 
Key Responsibilities

  • Apply 
    system and security patches
     across cloud and hybrid environments (OS, DB, Cloud, Hypervisor)
  • Support 
    vulnerability remediation
     efforts from recent security audits
  • Perform operational tasks: patching, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance
  • Automate deployment and patching processes (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Ansible, Altiris, SUMA)
  • Assist in system and infrastructure configuration and hardening
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Cloud, Security, Infrastructure, Remote locations)

 
Technical Requirements

  • Strong experience with 
    Windows and Linux system administration
  • Proven track record in 
    security patching & system hardening
  • Scripting & automation (Bash, PowerShell, Ansible)
  • Familiarity with tools: 
    Altiris, SUMA, SCCM, Ansible
    , or equivalent
  • Exposure to 
    AWS cloud hardening
     and automation
  • Nice to have: VMware, Nutanix, traditional storage, or backup solutions

 
Candidate Profile

  • Hands-on "
    doer mindset
    " – reliable execution of technical tasks
  • Practical, collaborative, and adaptive across multiple technologies
  • Not a Cloud Architect/DevOps CI-CD specialist – focus is on 
    operations, patching, and remediation

 
Contract Duration:
 Initially 4–5 months (may extend depending on requirements).
