Sales Manager – IT Sales & EdTech

Location: Pratap Nagar, Jaipur

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives


About Codingsthan Technologies:

Codingsthan Technologies is a leading IT company based in Jaipur, working on Web Development, Digital Marketing, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Corporate/College Training projects. We are looking for dynamic and passionate Sales Managers who can help us grow our client base and expand our presence in the IT & EdTech sector.


Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business leads for IT projects and training programs.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Identify potential clients (colleges, corporates, individuals) and convert them into customers.

Promote Codingsthan's IT services and training programs effectively.

Meet monthly sales targets and report performance to the management.

Handle inquiries through calls, emails, and social media platforms.

Participate in marketing and promotional campaigns when required.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong negotiation and convincing ability.

Basic understanding of IT services or EdTech products.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude.

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools (preferred).

Bachelor's degree in any field (BBA/BCA/MBA/CS preferred).


Preferred Candidate:

Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in IT Sales, EdTech Sales, or B2B Marketing will be given preference.

Freshers with good communication and confidence are also welcome.
