Job Summary

As a Social Media Executive, you will manage client communication and oversee social media projects to ensure smooth execution. You'll work closely with the Social Media Strategist, creative teams, and clients to coordinate deliverables, maintain timelines, and uphold quality standards.

This role is key to building strong client relationships, aligning with campaign strategies, and driving effective collaboration between internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients on social media projects.
  • Manage day-to-day client communication, updates, and feedback.
  • Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and creative teams to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Work closely with the Social Media Strategist to guide execution based on campaign strategy.
  • Handle content calendar approvals, reports, and client queries.
  • Ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital or social media agencies (client servicing/account management).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills; confident handling clients directly.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and strategy.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups.
