The role involves fostering strong client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and contributing to business growth.

Qualifications

  • 2yrs of Expertise in Market Planning and Market Research
  • Strong Communication skills for client interaction and relationship building
  • Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results
  • Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective strategies
  • Proficiency in working within a team and independently
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the HR industry and services will be an advantage
    - Resident of Erode, Salem, Tirupur, Karur or Coimbatore preferred.
