Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Madurai for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting and demonstrating DealConverter CRM solutions, and building lasting customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include understanding customer needs, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets while collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in lead generation, sales strategies, and client relationship management
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms and sales automation tools
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Experience in B2B sales or SaaS solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
