Work Mode: Work from Office

Work Schedule: 6 days a week

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Manager with strong exposure to GIS, IT, or e-Governance projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with government or semi-government organizations, especially in tendering, bidding, and project acquisition. Candidates with experience in geospatial organizations are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and expand business development initiatives in GIS, IT, and e-Governance sectors
  • Develop sector-specific business strategies and outreach plans
  • Manage end-to-end proposal development, tender documentation, and government RFP bidding
  • Build and manage Pre-Sales, Bidding, and Customer Success teams
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances
  • Maintain strong relationships with government, PSU clients, and other key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate proposals and strong delivery plans
  • Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of GIS, e-Governance, and IT solution space
  • Proven track record of successful tender bidding and government project acquisition
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Leadership experience with ability to manage teams
  • Strong analytical and multitasking abilities
  • Experience working with government departments, ministries, PSUs, and agencies

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in geospatial or GIS-based organizations
  • Background in government or semi-government business development
