Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Analyst based in Bengaluru. The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, utilizing statistical methods, and developing data models to support business decisions. Day-to-day tasks will include collecting, organizing, and interpreting data, creating reports, and providing actionable insights. Effective communication will be key in presenting findings to internal teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Analytical Skills, Data Analytics, and Data Modeling
  • Solid foundation in Statistics and quantitative methods
  • Excellent Communication skills for presenting complex data in simple terms
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar software
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate or construction industry is an advantage
