Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify and execute Black Belt projects that advance priorities of the enterprise and specific business segments. These include reducing cost of healthcare, improving speed to market, enhancing constituent experience etc.
  • Build value delivery roadmaps consisting of portfolio of projects. Track and report progress to stakeholders
  • Conduct process and technology diagnostic studies to identify business optimization and transformation opportunities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Technology, Analytics, Automation etc. to identify, design, and deploy solutions
  • Understand emerging business pain points and devise improvement plans
  • Drive Continuous Improvement and Lean Six Sigma culture in the organization
  • Mentor and coach operations team members on continuous process improvements and lean six sigma projects
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate
  • 4 years of experience in driving Black Belt projects/Operational Excellence /Process transformation/Business transformation
  • Moderate to advance MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely and to ability to facilitate meetings
  • Demonstrated excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
