Position: HR cum Recruitment and Admin Executive (Non IT Recruiter)
Location: Chennai, Mylapore
Qualification : Any Degree with HR Specialization
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
- Handle new employee orientations and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and benefits.
- Track and manage employee leave requests.
- Ensure company policies and legal requirements are followed.
- Oversee general office operations and procurement.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Assist in payroll preparation and related tasks.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
- Generate HR-related reports and maintain records.
- Process and Sop for all functions.
- Goal settings with Department heads and reviews

Skills required
- Effective verbal and written communication for interacting with employees, management, and candidates.
- Building relationships, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.

- Handling sensitive employee information and situations with discretion and integrity.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
