Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with the social media manager to create engaging content for the organizations social media presence.
  • Keep the social media channels updates, while seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting to the target groups.
  • Manage the organizations social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter and other relevant platforms.
  • Engage in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms
  • Create dynamic written, graphic and video content.
  • Optimize content following Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click(PPC)
  • Create content for audience engagement, promote audience interaction, encourage audience participation and increase audience presence on the website.
  • Assist the social media manager with events, large projects and audience management and daily maintenance of the website.
  • Develop social media campaigns.
  • Manages social media communications.
  • Suggest and make the website more user-friendly and up to date.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to build and execute digital marketing strategy.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance of website and social media.
  • Executes the scheduling and approval of social media posts and reports as well as manages continual evaluation and improvement of those posts

Skills:

  • Knowledge of analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; experience in InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and video-editing software a definite plus
  • Marketing or Social Media Marketing Degree Preferred.
  • Technology Skills, SEO and PPC.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of social media and marketing communications
  • Ability to make recommendations based on campaign analytics
  • Social media platform management (Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.) experience
  • Basic ability to edit photos and video
  • Basic photography and video skills
  • Basic understanding of Public Relations

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 36 months

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
