About the Role

We're looking for a proactive Junior Architect who can think beyond drawings — someone who understands spatial logic, technical clarity, and design intent. The role demands an ability to translate concept ideas into coordinated, buildable drawings while engaging with consultants, vendors, and the internal design team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing design concepts into detailed architectural drawings.
  • Prepare presentation sets, 3D visuals, and working drawings using SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Revit.
  • Coordinate across disciplines (MEP, structure, landscape, interiors) for smooth project documentation.
  • Participate in site visits, verify drawings on-site, and flag discrepancies.
  • Support in preparing BOQs, material research, and tender documents.
  • Maintain drawing issue logs and ensure deliverables follow GRAHA's documentation standards.
  • Work under the guidance of Project Architect / Senior Architect to ensure design integrity and technical precision.

Skill Requirements

  • Strong command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of Revit/BIM preferred.
  • Strong visualization and graphic presentation ability.
  • Understanding of material specifications, joinery, and detailing.
  • Ability to handle tasks independently while aligning with the team's design direction.
  • Awareness of local building codes and construction techniques.

Preferred Qualities

  • Organized and detail-driven.
  • Curious about how design performs in real environments.
  • Communicates clearly — visually and verbally.
  • Adaptable to evolving project requirements and office systems.

Education & Experience

  • B.Arch from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 2* years of experience* in an architectural practice.
  • Prior experience in design development and working drawing stages is essential.
