Zonal Sales Manager

Bonville Foods Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Zonal Sales Manager South India to spearhead our expansion across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Kerala.
This role demands a strong FMCG sales leader capable of driving high-growth execution, building robust distribution networks, and managing large teams across multiple states.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive primary and secondary sales targets for the South India zone
- Lead, mentor, and performance-manage a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers
- Appoint, onboard, and manage distributors, super-stockists, and wholesale partners
- Build and execute Go-to-Market strategies for General Trade, Modern Trade, and emerging channels
- Develop strong relationships with key accounts, retail chains, and regional channel partners
- Monitor sales performance, budgets, schemes, and competitive activities
- Collaborate with internal teams (demand planning, marketing, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth market operations
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, reporting discipline, coverage KPIs, and market feedback mechanisms
- Represent the company at regional trade fairs, activations, and B2B meetings, when required
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate; MBA preferred
- 10–15 years of FMCG/Food industry experience in South India (spreads, snacks, staples, or related categories preferred)
- Strong distributor and retail network across the southern states
- Fluency in English + at least one South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam)
- Proven capability in team leadership, negotiation, and market expansion
- Willingness to travel extensively across multiple states
