Key Responsibilities:

Need experience in Residential buildings OR Commercial building OR High Rise buildings

  • Project Planning & Scheduling

  • Prepare detailed project schedules (Primavera/MS Project).

  • Monitor project progress against planned timelines and milestones.

  • Forecast manpower, material, and resource requirements.

  • Execution & Site Management

  • Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure compliance with drawings & specifications.

  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth execution.

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and project deadlines.

  • Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track work progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions.

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

  • Conduct site inspections and ensure resolution of technical issues.

  • Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and clients.

  • Facilitate smooth communication between project stakeholders.
  • Attend review meetings and present status updates.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies for high-rise buildings & luxury villas.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project / AutoCAD.
  • Good understanding of BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost control, billing & contract management.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.

Preferred Background:

  • Education: Bachelors / Masters degree in Civil Engineering
  • Hands-on experience in planning & execution of luxury villas and high-rise residential/commercial projects.
  • Knowledge of modern construction technologies, formwork systems, and finishing works.
  • Previous experience with reputed construction/real estate firms.
  • Good knowledge of construction methodologies, BOQ, cost control, and billing.
