Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules using MS Project.
  • Coordinate with project head, consultants, and site teams for progress tracking.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and S-curves.
  • Conduct delay analysis and propose recovery/mitigation measures.
  • Align resource planning, budgeting, and procurement schedules with project timelines.
  • Support billing, contractor coordination, and milestone achievement.
  • Perform regular site visits to verify actual progress and ensure adherence to baseline schedule.
  • Assist in preparing recovery schedules, catch-up plans, and EOT (Extension of Time) claims.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in Advanced Construction Management (ACM) from National Institute of Construction Management And Research (NICMAR) or Graduation in Civil Engineering from reputed institutions.
  • 8 to 12 years of planning experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects from reputed Real Estate Organizations.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of resource loading, monitoring, and delay analysis.
  • Strong coordination, analytical, and reporting skills.
