Role Purpose:

To lead a team of executives in managing the daily operations of application inwarding, scanning, uploading, and outward processes. Ensure smooth execution of tasks in line with SLA and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise physical application receipt and ensure acknowledgement copies with barcodes are generated accurately.
  • Ensure all applications are scanned within defined timelines
  • Oversee FTP uploads of scanned files and confirm batch creation on the server.
  • Verify outward packet creation, ensuring correct pickup IDs and barcode ranges.
  • Allocate work to executives and monitor task completion.
  • Provide on-the-job training and guidance for process adherence.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues.
  • Ensure backup resource readiness for continuity of work.
  • Conduct random checks on scanned files to ensure clarity, completeness, and accuracy.
  • Ensure adherence to SLA timelines and client requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with internal and client data-handling policies.
  • Coordinate with the Manager for escalations and issue resolution.
  • Share daily operational reports (volumes scanned, errors, delays, etc.).
  • Maintain logs for inward, scanning, outward, and FTP upload activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate with 2–4 years of experience in backend operations/document management.
  • Strong people management skills with prior experience as a supervisor/team lead.
  • Knowledge of scanning equipment, FTP uploads, and barcode systems.
  • Good problem-solving, planning, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and within strict timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹27,000.00 per month
