We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Tech Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of complex financial software solutions, with a focus on IFRS 9, IFRS 16, credit risk management, and financial modelling. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless integration, compliance, and optimal functionality of the software within the organization

Key responsibility areas:

• Manage end to end implementation of Kepler automation software for the clients.
• Preparing and updating the BRD based on the product features, implementation roadmap and client requirements.
• Identifying the client data sources and mapping product data structures to ensure capture of all relevant data-sets for computation
• Playing key role in project planningfor system implementation which includes developing detailed plans, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies, stakeholder co-ordination.
• Explain and lead client conversation on the features of the product and explain how the business requirements are met.
• Perform the master data and rules configuration of the system to meet specific business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for IFRS 9, IFRS 16, credit risk, and financial modeling.
• Prepare and maintain detailedtest cases repository for the application.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users on the use of the Application and provide comprehensive documentation for ongoing reference.
• Be proactiveand provide post go-live supportto the client.
• Identify areas of processimprovement and optimization within the implementation process.
• Work closelywith the internalteams to ensurereadiness for new product rollout.
• Manage client issues duringa project and ensure swiftresolution.
• Focus on total clientrelationship and servicing a broad rangeof client needs, manage provisionof end-to-end delivery of solution to existing and new clients.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and generate regularstatus reports for management to highlight processes, challenges, and key milestones.

  Either Indian Citizen or having valid work permit to work in India
• Period of engagement:
  Full-time position
• Probation period:
  6 months
• Compensation:
  Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person. Compensation discussions will take place post the selection process.

Selection process:

We seek to be transparent during the selection process. While the actual process may vary from the process indicated below, the key steps involved are as follows:

  There are expected to be at least 2 rounds of online interviews. The number of interview rounds may increase depending on the criticality and seniority of the role involved.
• Final discussion on career and compensation:
  Post final selection, a separate discussion will be set up to discuss compensation and career growth. You are encouraged to seek any clarifications you have during this discussion.

Preparation required:

It is recommended that you prepareon the following aspects beforethe selection process:

• Understanding of products/ exposures in the financial services industry (Banks / NBFC / Insurance)
• Requirements of new accounting standards and changes from the previous versions for standards such as IFRS 9, IFRS 15, IFRS 16 or their equivalent local standards
• Financial statement analysis, balance sheet ratios
