About the Role:

We're hiring a
Short-Form Content Creator & Videographer
skilled in
reels, product photography, product shoots, UGC-style videos, mobile-based shoots, videography, lighting setup and editing
. The role covers
studio and outdoor shoots
, handling camera and audio setup and creating
social-first, trend-led content
. You'll manage
pre-production, scripting, shot division, shooting and editing
from start to finish.

This role is ideal for someone with
1–3 years of experience
who wants to grow, experiment and work closely inside a creative studio environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan and execute end-to-end production - pre-production, scripting, shot divisions, shoots and editing
  • Shoot product photography, product videos, lifestyle content, UGC-style content, reels and mobile-first content
  • Work with DSLR/mirrorless cameras + mobile shooting setups
  • Manage lighting setups and basic audio recording
  • Handle all studio shoots and travel for outdoor/on-location shoots
  • Edit short-form videos with clean pacing and strong storytelling
  • Stay on top of trending formats, hooks and styles
  • Contribute to ideation and concept building
  • Maintain and manage studio equipment

What You Should Bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a content/creative/agency environment (mandatory)
  • Strong videography skills with DSLR/mirrorless cameras
  • Confident with product photography
  • Skilled at mobile-based shooting for social content
  • Solid lighting knowledge (softboxes, continuous lights)
  • Basic audio recording experience
  • Ability to create trend-driven, social-first content
  • Editing skills in Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut
  • Ability to handle shoots independently
  • A portfolio showcasing reels, brand videos, product photography, mobile-first content and UGC styles
  • Must have your own camera and essential equipment

Location Preference:

This is an in-house role based in Ahmedabad
(Darpan Six Roads, Navrangpura).

For practical reasons related to commuting and early-stage salary brackets, we are specifically looking for
candidates from Ahmedabad or Gujarat
.

Salary Bracket:

  • ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
    , based on experience and portfolio
  • Higher range available for strong candidates with
    2–3 years of solid agency experience
