About the Role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Creator to join our team for an upcoming political branding and digital campaign project.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands public sentiment, storytelling, and social media trends — and can craft compelling content that informs, inspires, and influences.

You'll work closely with our video editors, designers, and digital strategists to create impactful narratives that shape public perception and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies for political campaigns across social media, digital, and print platforms.
  • Write scripts, captions, posts, and taglines tailored to different audience segments.
  • Create engaging short-form and long-form content for Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Collaborate with designers and video editors to bring ideas to life through visuals and videos.
  • Stay updated on current political trends, public issues, and digital media tone.
  • Draft speeches, campaign messages, and public communication material in coordination with campaign managers.
  • Ensure brand consistency, tone, and political sensitivity across all content.
  • Brainstorm innovative ideas for storytelling, reels, and viral political content.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in content creation, journalism, political media, or digital marketing.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills — both in English and regional language.
  • Strong understanding of political narratives, voter engagement, and campaign messaging.
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms and content planning tools.
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines and rapidly changing campaign priorities.
  • Creative mindset with a strong grasp of visual communication and emotion-driven content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
