  • Operations Management: The General Manager should be responsible for the overall operations of the workshop, including overseeing the maintenance and repair services, Bodyshop repairs provided to customers, ensuring that work is completed efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Financial Management: The General Manager should be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the workshop, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This involves ensuring that the workshop is profitable and that revenue and expenses are managed effectively.

  • Staff Management: The General Manager should be responsible for managing the staff of the workshop, including hiring and training employees, managing performance, and ensuring that the team is motivated and working together effectively.

  • Quality Assurance: The General Manager should be responsible for ensuring that all work completed at the workshop meets the required quality standards, and that all employees are following the correct procedures and protocols.

  • Customer Service: The General Manager should be responsible for ensuring that the workshop provides excellent customer service to all customers. This involves handling customer complaints, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the service they receive, and implementing customer feedback.

  • Business Development: The General Manager should be responsible for identifying new business opportunities for the workshop, developing relationships with new and existing customers, and growing the customer base.

  • Health and Safety: The General Manager should be responsible for ensuring that the workshop is a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, and that all health and safety protocols are being followed. This includes ensuring that all employees are trained in health and safety procedures and that the workshop is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards

Qualifications & Experience:

Person should be Graduate/Post Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical with relevant Experience of more than 7 to 10 years in Individual/commercial vehicle dealership.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Fazal Ganj, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
