We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics. You will oversee and drive the successful implementation of data analytics and cloud-based projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals.

This role requires strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects that integrate GCP, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics to drive data-driven insights for our organization.

Note: CJA (Customer Journey Analytics) experience is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of projects involving GCP, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and CJA from planning through execution, monitoring, and completion.
  • Work closely with data engineering, analytics, and development teams to define project goals, technical requirements, and deliverables.
  • Develop and oversee project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Lead stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and address project risks, changes, or issues proactively.
  • Facilitate the integration of analytics solutions, ensuring that data collection, processing, and reporting align with business objectives.
  • Ensure best practices are followed in data security, privacy, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of project management experience with a focus on data analytics and cloud-based projects.
  • CJA Expertise: Hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) is mandatory.

Technical Skills

  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Strong understanding of BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, and Data Studio.
  • Analytics Tools: Experience managing projects involving Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and CJA, with a deep understanding of digital analytics implementation and reporting.
  • Data Integration: Knowledge of data integration methods and ETL tools.

Project Management Skills

  • Tools: Proficiency in JIRA, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
  • Methodology: Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and coordination skills across technical and business teams.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to manage risks and resolve issues proactively.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Skilled at interpreting analytics data to optimize outcomes.
