About the Role:

We are seeking a
Brand Account Director
to join our team at Glassbox Ventures. In this role, you will drive high quality brand thinking for our clients, strengthen long term relationships, and guide teams to deliver work that moves both people and performance. You will help shape the trajectory of ventures we build, balancing big-picture vision with day-to-day execution, and working with a diverse set of founders, operators, and investors across industries and markets.

This is a rare opportunity to operate at the intersection of venture capital, entrepreneurship, and innovation—helping new businesses grow from idea to impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:


• Tailor your interactions and offerings to the specific needs and preferences of each client. To understand their concerns, goals & evolving needs.


• Maintain consistent communication with clients, even when there are no immediate issues to address.


• Go beyond reactive support and proactively anticipate your clients' requirements. Offer solutions and suggestions that align with their goals before they even ask for them.

Workflow Warrior:


• Agility & operational excellencer, eye for detail to deliver workflow as the main point of contact between the company and the clients ensuring they are executed on time and within budget.

Brand Strategy Development:


• Developing and implementing brand strategies that align with the company's objectives, ensuring consistency in brand language & tonality across media channels.

Marketing Campaign Management:


• Planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote the brand and its products or services. This includes identifying target audiences, creating compelling content, and monitoring campaign performance.

Analytics and Measurement:


• Monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of branding and marketing efforts through metrics and data, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.

Collaboration:


• Working closely with internal teams such as design, content, and sales to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment.

Requirement - What do you need to succeed?

Experience
: 10-12 years of previous experience in brand management, marketing, or client servicing roles is crucial. Experience in managing client relationships and executing marketing campaigns is highly valued.

Education
