We're Hiring – Executive Assistant (Marketing Agency)

Experience: 1–3 Years (Agency / Office Experience Preferred)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Executive Assistant who will work directly with the founder and help manage daily operations, client coordination, and team communication.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organizing work, handling people, and keeping everything on track.
Key Responsibilities:
Founder Support
- Manage founder's daily schedule & priorities
- Follow up on pending tasks
- Track deadlines and reminders
Client Coordination
- Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, calls
- Schedule calls & meetings
- Share updates, collect feedback, and follow up on payments
Team Coordination
- Assign tasks to team members
- Track work progress
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate between sales, marketing & design teams
Operations & Management
- Maintain client & project tracking sheets
- Update lead status & follow-ups
- Maintain reports & documents
- Ensure smooth daily workflow
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Strong follow-up & coordination skills
- knowledge of digital marketing (preferred)
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email
- Organized, responsible & detail-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly
