Supply Ops - WS AM is responsible for overseeing and improving the daily operations of the wholesale business. This includes managing Wholesale Orders Fulfilment, Dispatches from the Suppliers, Supplier payments and Supplier experience to ensure smooth, efficient and cost-effective business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight

Manage day-to-day dispatch of Wholesale orders via FTL/PTL

Maintain daily dispatch tracker and reports

Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of the goods to our customers

Vendor & Supplier Coordination

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers

Ensure Purchase orders are shared with the suppliers in real time without delay

Monitoring timely vehicle placements at the supplier location and pick up as per SLA
