Patient Calling Executive

We are looking for Patient Calling Executives with a Pharm.D or B.Sc Nursing background to interact with hospitalized patients and assist in conducting video verification calls as part of health claim verification.
Key Responsibilities:
Call hospitalized patients or their attendants to schedule and conduct video verification sessions.
Verify patient identity and hospitalization details through video interaction.
Collect necessary details as per claim verification checklist.
Maintain proper documentation and update verification reports in the system.
Coordinate with the internal processing and quality control teams to ensure timely completion of verification.
Handle patient communication professionally and empathetically.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Pharm.D or B.Sc Nursing (mandatory)
Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in hospital, clinical, or insurance-related roles preferred.
Good communication skills in English and Telugu (additional South Indian languages are a plus).
Basic computer knowledge and comfort with video calling tools.
