Role & responsibilities
- Key Account Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing & new key accounts in the ropes and lifting sector.
- Understand clients' business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular visits and business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
- Manage all aspects of client engagement, from order placement to after-sales support.
- Channel Sales Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand channel sales in the Value Added Ropes & Lifting market.
- Identify and recruit new channel partners to grow market presence.
- Train, support, and motivate channel partners to ensure alignment with company goals and sales targets.
- Monitor and report on channel partner performance, providing guidance and feedback for improvement.
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals for key accounts and channel partners.
- Develop strategies to increase market penetration, brand awareness, and product demand.
- Provide market insights and feedback to the product development and marketing teams.
- Customer Service and Support:
- Address and resolve customer issues, inquiries, or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline information in CRM systems.
Preferred candidate profile
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Key Accounts & Channel Sales Executive to manage and grow key accounts, and develop our channel sales for our Value Added Ropes & Lifting products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of value selling principles to effectively communicate the superior benefits of our products in a competitive market.
