This is not a typical HR admin job. At Shivam Jewels, the HR Generalist plays a key role in keeping the company connected not just through policy, but through culture, consistency, and continuous growth.

From recruiting, team onboarding, to festival planning, performance support, to soft skills training, you'll help ensure our company feels like one cohesive unit, even as we scale.

Whether it's planning festival-themed decor, setting up an AI prompt learning session, or refining how we welcome new teammates, your work will be seen, felt, and appreciated.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes across departments, from shortlisting to offer rollouts.
  • Coordinate timely and thoughtful onboarding to ensure new hires feel welcomed and aligned.
  • Maintain talent pipelines for recurring or critical roles, with a focus on culture-fit and role clarity.

People Operations & HR Coordination

  • Maintain clean HR records and ensure seamless employee lifecycle operations.
  • Oversee leaves, policies, and HR queries with clarity and follow-through.
  • Support smooth onboarding and respectful exits.

Culture & Internal Engagement

  • Drive office celebrations, festival dcor, milestone moments, and event planning
  • Act as a bridge between employees and leadership to uphold our company spirit
  • Reinforce our values in day-to-day culture, communication, and coordination.

Performance & Growth

  • Coordinate structured review cycles and growth tracking.
  • Maintain systems for check-ins, development tracking, and Generalist support.

Learning & Development

  • Plan and monitor spoken English, AI, and other soft skill sessions.
  • Liaise with trainers and teams to ensure the right sessions reach the right people.
  • Track engagement and improvement across departments

What Were Looking For

  • 3-5 years of HR experience in a Generalist or operations-heavy role
  • A strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and a people-first mindset
  • Clear communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
  • Comfort working across tools, schedules, and personality types.
  • Bonus if you've worked on events, training, or growth projects before
