Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and execute daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and training programs. They will work closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals, promote a positive workplace culture, and ensure legal compliance. The role also involves addressing employee concerns, managing performance reviews, and implementing initiatives to support employee engagement and development.

Qualifications

HR Management: Strong experience in employee relations, policy implementation, performance evaluation, and HR operations.

Recruitment Skills: Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition strategies, and onboarding processes.

Training and Development: Experience in organizing and conducting employee training and professional development programs.

Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with labor laws, regulatory frameworks, and HR best practices in India.

Communication and Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to address employee concerns and implement HR strategies efficiently.

0-2 years of experience in HR operations

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.

Experience in the fintech or mortgage industry is highly advantageous
